Theme for the World Mental Health Day 2022 :-
Make mental health and well-being for all a global priority is the focus of this year’s World Mental Health Day.
Around the world, it was estimated that one in eight persons had a mental illness prior to the epidemic. A global catastrophe in mental health was brought on by the pandemic.

“Estimates estimate the growth in both anxiety and depression disorders at more than 25% during the first year of the epidemic,” the WHO website stated. At the same time, there has been a significant disruption in mental health services, and the treatment gap for mental health issues has grown.
According to the WHO, World Mental Health Day is an opportunity for people with mental health conditions to come together to acknowledge progress in this area and to speak out about what needs to be done to ensure that mental health & well-being become a global priority for all. It also aims to raise awareness about the mental well-being.
We picture a future where everyone has access to the mental health treatment they require, where mental health is recognised, promoted, and protected, and where everyone has an equal chance to enjoy good mental health and to exercise their human rights. reads the WHO website.
